Seasonly ("we", "us", "our") provides the Seasonly app for personal color analysis, outfit checking, and virtual color try-on. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Account information — when you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier for your account and, if you choose to share it, your email address.
• Photos you upload — photos you provide for color analysis, outfit checking, or virtual try-on.
• Usage and diagnostic data — app usage events and crash/performance data, collected via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Purchase information — subscription status and purchase history, managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate your color analysis, outfit check results, and virtual try-on previews. This requires sending your photos to third-party AI processing providers (see below).
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To understand app usage in aggregate and fix bugs.
• To respond to your support requests.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following service providers, only as needed to operate the app:

• Apple — Sign In with Apple authentication and App Store purchases.
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
• Cloudflare — storage of uploaded photos.
• AI processing providers (accessed via OpenRouter, including Alibaba Cloud's Qwen models and Google's Gemini models) — your photos are sent to these providers to generate your color analysis, outfit check results, and virtual try-on images.
• Firebase / Google — app analytics and crash reporting.
• Railway — application hosting infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain your photos and account data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual photos at any time from within the app. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us at the email below and we will process your request.

Your Choices

• Delete individual photos at any time in the app's photo management screen.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
• Manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

Children's Privacy

Seasonly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International Data Transfers

Our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States. By using Seasonly, you consent to this transfer.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
